Wallflower Association is a non-profit project I did to research organizations that want to create community, connect people through friendship, and advocate for mental health (specifically anxiety, socially awkward, and generally introverted people).
This a satirical and light-hearted approach stemming from the concept of “adopting an introvert”. This concept describes when extroverted people make forward strides to make friends with introverts that would normally not socialize outside sharing this special bond with this person.
The non-profit mission is:
Wallflower Association connects introverted and anxious individuals with extroverted people to build lasting friendships, offering personalized pairings and activities based on shared interests. Our welcoming warehouse features a café, lounges, and quiet spaces for self-care, alongside confidence-building workshops and networking opportunities for both introverts and extroverts.
